The Tower

Step into The Keep Kitchen and Liquor Bar and you’ll find a chef-driven, modern brasserie with a speakeasy bar. It’s the best of the 1920s, with a 21st Century twist, inspired by its location in historic LeVeque Tower, an art deco masterpiece completed in 1927. The Keep’s warm, inviting d├ęcor features gas lamps and rustic-refined furnishings, providing an escape from everyday life. It’s a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that works as well for casual dining as it does for special occasions, parties and business entertaining.

Drawing on local and regional ingredients, award-winning Chef Jonathan Olson reinvents beloved classic dishes using modern techniques, creativity and a dash of sophistication. The restaurant’s open kitchen provides a sense of interactive dining, allowing guests to experience Chef Olson adding the final touches to his delicious culinary creations.

Tucked away on the second floor of the Tower, The Keep gives the same imaginative update to its intimate speakeasy lounge. Old-school cocktails enjoy a fresh remake with flavorful house-made syrups and botanicals. The wine list features old and new-world vintages that perfectly complement Chef Olson’s bold flavors.
