The Tower

Located in the historical LeVeque Tower, The Keep Liquor Bar is a modern French brasserie and bar concept courtesy of nationally acclaimed Concentrics Restaurants and acclaimed Chef Jonathan Olson. Both the dining room and bar pay homage to the old while ushering in a modern, and unique, food and beverage program. The bar is open daily and offers guests a comforting space to relax and lounge over a raw bar, drinking nibbles, and shareable options. The state of the art beverage program ranges from regional craft beers, specialty cocktails, a serious whiskey selection and a top notch by the glass or bottle wine program. The brasserie dining room serves lunch Monday-Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday and dinner seven nights a week. Chef Olson serves French inspired cooking utilizing local ingredients with a modern twist. Classic favorites, a raw bar, seafood towers, steak classics, comforting dishes and handcrafted libations take cues from timeless preparations while using modern techniques and flavors. An open kitchen, chef’s table and intimate booths are nestled among ambient gas lighting and floor to ceiling palladium windows allowing guests a one of a kind experience within a warm and eclectic space.

At The Keep, Chef Jonathan Olson brings a breadth of culinary experience. Olson hails from esteemed concepts such as Latitude 41 (Columbus, OH), Black Creek Bistro (Columbus, OH), The Calistoga Ranch, an Auberge Resort (Napa Valley, CA), Ritz Carlton Boston, Ritz Carlton, Philadelphia and The Ritz Carlton Cleveland. Olson’s accolades are varied, including First Place in the Ohio Pork Council Taste of Elegance Competition and Five Star Leader of the Year at The Ritz Carlton Boston Common and more.
