Located in the historical LeVeque Tower, The Keep Liquor Bar is a modern French brasserie and bar concept courtesy of Atlanta based Concentrics Restaurants and acclaimed Chef Jonathan Olson (Ritz Carlton, Calistoga Ranch). Both the dining room and bar pay homage to the old while ushering in a modern, and unique, food and beverage program.

The bar, a sneak peek of the soon to open brasserie, is now open daily from 4:00 pm-10:00pm and offers guests a comforting space to relax and lounge over a raw bar, small plates, drinking nibbles, pre or post theatre bites and shareable options. The state of the art bar program ranges from regional craft beers, specialty cocktails, a serious whiskey selection and a top notch by the glass or bottle wine program. The brasserie dining room, which is opening Summer 2017, will serve lunch Monday-Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday and dinner seven nights a week. Here, Chef Olson will serve French cooking utilizing local ingredients with a modern twist. Classic favorites, a raw bar, seafood towers, steak classics, comforting dishes and handcrafted libations will take cues from timeless preparations while using modern techniques and flavors. An open kitchen, chef’s table and intimate booths will be nestled among patinaed wallpaper, ambient gas lighting and floor to ceiling palladium windows allowing guests a one of a kind experience within a warm and eclectic space.
